Insurance
For all rentals, there is no insurance included and coverage is left to the renter’s discretion.
If you are using your University’s hired autos policy, it is recommended to have a copy of the certificate with you.
Tax Exempt
If your University if tax exempt, please bring a copy of your tax exempt certificate. Booking your rental only guarantees the rates below, and not that you will not be subject to taxes.
If your university is located outside of the state you will be renting in, please consult your internal source for a tax exempt certificate specific to the state you will be renting in.
Deposits
Each renter must qualify for rental under the policies of the pickup branch. When using a credit card, an additional authorization may be required. When using a non-credit card for payment, please call the pickup branch to ask what may be needed. A corporate account does not waive any deposit and/or qualification requirements.

**LIMITED MILEAGE – 200 per day; 1050 per week; 2500 per month; $.20 per mile thereafter.
Weekly rates are 5.5 times the daily rate; monthly rates are 20 times the daily rate
